Detailed Product Description

1.Paper-feeding: Chain feeding.
2. The unit adopts electrical moving left and right,pneumatic locking (with overload protection function).
3.Feed roller adopts steel ginning roller. The surface hard chromium-plating guarantees the smooth feeding of the paperboard and does not damage the corrugated cap.
4.Printing roller: adopt high quality steel,and hard chromium plating,the clockwise and anticlockwise phase of the printing roller adopt electric adjust,input the adjust data and 360 degree could adjust while the machine running or stop.

5.Ink circulating system
(1).The rubber roller is use high quality hard hard wearing rubber,and with crowning treating.

(2).Pneumatic diaphragm pump inking, automatic circulating. Automatic cleaning with water.
(3). When the machine stop,the anilox roller and rubber roller could running independently for transmission ink and prevent the ink dry out.

(4). Pneumatic control up and down of the anilox roller to prevent the print plate two times be inking and to prevent the ink from being dried out and coagulative while short time stopping the machine.

6.Slotting part (Optional)
(1).The clockwise and anticlockwise phase of the slot plate adopt electric adjust,input the adjust data and 360 degree could adjust while the machine running or stop.

(2).Manual adjust the height of the carton. Four knives are synchronous.
(3).Long and wide adjusting. Loading and unloading the knife disk. Upper and lower creasing. Are manual adjust.

7.All the transmission gears are bevel gear and 45# steel metails,and after high frequency heating.adopt automatic circle lubricate.

8.Pneumatic and combined control of the whole machine which has the function of counting, alarming and operating at the back of the machine.
